5 MIlESTONES Celebrating 25 years of excellence SMSDC names 2024 Premier Face Time awardees Southwest Minority Supplier Develop-ment Council (SMSDC) recently held its 25th Anniversary Celebration Gala and the Premier Face Time Expo. “Our 25th Anniversary Gala was filled with exciting entertainment including a jazz trio, 360 video booth, selfie station, a DJ, and live entertainment from Cirque Aria aerial performers,” said Karen Box, president and CEO of SMSDC. “We cele-brated 25 years of excellence.” During the event, SMSDC also announced its annual award recipients who, according to the Council, “demonstrated unparalleled leadership and accomplishments.” Mindful Media LLC, whose founder and creative di-rector is Kara Elyse Henderson, provided all of the media for the event.
